Cloud Pendant Pencil

This iconic piece is freehand and mouth blown. The Cloud has become the Studio’s signature piece and is decorated with one of our preferred color techniques, the Venetian filigrane.

Transparent or opaline glass threads, pulled with linear or twisted lines, are then applied hot to the molten glass. The colored sphere is then blown into handwoven brass nest, the glass crystallizes during a last breath to reveal a complex, organic and always unique Cloud.
